Breakfast type

April 1st

Day 1st


Goals:

Trying to avoid episodes
Excercise
Eat every 3 hours
Dring a lot o f water
Limits to others
Stop stressing

(Tooooo much for a day...Lets get started)



Breakfast time :
11:00 p.m.

Oatmeal with yogurt , orange and coffe
A bottle o water of course
Feeling great at the time , no urge for episode , keep asking my self "Am I hungry???"
Answer is no. I heve a lot of work and a lot of stress but I 'm trying to keep it under a limit.Time to work.
